Writing Aids: Medieval Village

For writers in a hurry, in need to imagine how their setting would look, I have selected pictures from my collection. Through the year I'll put photos of are villages, king's bedrooms and even bathrooms, ancient ships and so on. Those holiday pics must have some use after all!

If you need a "feel" for a medieval village in Western Europe, here is a reconstitution by a club of enthousiasts. This is a village in Xantrie (just try to find where it is!) around 1400. Of course, the smells and sounds are not provided.
